Buscar que de a poco vaya siendo cada vez más independiente y autónomo. A su vez, es de destacar la importancia de generar un espacio en donde el niño pueda hacer actividades por el mismo sin depender de otros, ya que esto le dará seguridad y confianza en sí mismo, lo cual elevará su autoestima. Es decir se le dirá que vamos a empezar a aprender a lavarnos las manos, que al principio nos va a costar un poquito pero que con el paso del tiempo y con la práctica lo vamos a ir logrando. Se le mostrara el baño, el cual va a ser el lugar en donde se va a llevar a cabo la tarea. Se le mostrara las canillas, el jabón que vamos a usar, la toalla con la que nos vamos a secar. Luego de que el niño reconozca todos los elementos y que entienda lo que se hará se lo llevara al baño.
En el baño, se comenzara con el lavado de manos, primeramente, durante una semana, todos los días, dos veces al día, antes de la merienda y después de pintar. Lo hará la maestra una por uno para que el niño vea como se hace. Es decir comenzaremos haciéndolo por modelado, es decir nosotros lo hacemos para que ellos después lo hagan
Luego que el lavado de manos termina, volvemos a la clase para que podamos hablar de lo que hemos hecho, hablaremos si les gusto, que sintieron, como era el jabón, como es el agua, los colores, si el jabón tiene olor, entre otras cosas.

Todo esto es con mucha ayuda y reforzándolos continuamente a medida que logran hacer los objetivos. De esta manera podremos ver como se está llevando a cabo la actividad día por día, semana a semana. Luego se hará una evaluación final más cualitativa de la evolución de grupo y de cada niño individual. En el caso de que haya un niño que no haya logrado la actividad se continuara trabajando con él un par de días más.
Cabe mencionar que también sería interesante pegar en el pizarrón una planilla dividida en los días de la semana, con el nombre de cada niño con algún instintivo para que ellos puedan reconocer su nombre, y poner cada vez que el niño realiza bien el lavado de dientes o el lavado de manos una carita feliz, para que al final de la semana se puedan llevar otro premio.

Basándonos en el material presentado por la profesora Patricia Vázquez, podemos decir que en edades tempranas del desarrollo el educar como los cuidados van muy relacionados, ya que la educación pasa por el brindar cuidados que son fundamentales tanto para el bienestar corporal como para la constitución del niño; es por ello que he elegido esta intervención educativa porque me parece muy bueno primeramente educar a el niño en sus cuidados personales, que sepa cuidar su cuerpo, respetarlo, y quererlo para que después pueda aprender otras cosas. Y si nosotros le transmitimos amor por el cuerpo, se lo tratamos delicadamente, al principio lo cuidamos por ello para que después ellos aprendan a hacerlo y se lo respetamos ellos harán lo mismo a medida que van creciendo.
Es importante tener en cuenta que para llevar a cabo el trabajo con los más chicos, es necesario, tener un gran equilibrio emocional, poder contener al niño y estar a su disposición, siempre de buen humor.
A su vez, destacamos que es importante generar ese espacio de intercambio uno a uno con el niño por eso pensamos la intervención de manera individual, primeramente para que pueda aprender exactamente lo que se le pide, que de a poco lo vamos “educando en sus propios cuidados” y seguido que este espacio creado nos tome un tiempo para acercarnos al niño, sin importar la cantidad sino que sea más importante la calidad de esa relación que vamos a establecer, que el niño nos encuentre de buen humor, amables, cariñosas con ellos, que los tratemos amablemente porque son personas y merecen ser bien tratadas.
El establecimiento de estos cuidados físicos de una manera segura, cariñosa, afectiva es muy importante para el buen desarrollo del psiquismo del niño, este los tiene que disfrutar, tener ganas de lavarse los dientes o las manos, no que lo haga por obligación.

Justificación:
El tema elegido para esta intervención institucional es sobre el cuidado del ambiente para concientizar a toda la comunidad sobre la responsabilidad que TODOS tenemos para mejorar nuestra calidad de vida.
El tema es apropiado para trabajar con las familias que asisten a Aldeas Infantiles porque son Familias donde encontramos vulneración de Derechos, donde no están cubiertas las necesidades básicas en cuanto a la alimentación, condiciones de la vivienda, negligencia en salud e higiene de los niños y niñas y protección.
En el año 2012 hubo un incremento importante de enfermedades que afectan la salud en los niños/as como: impétigo, pediculosis, diarreas, estafilococos, alergias, se han visto muchas enfermedades e infecciones propias por la falta de cuidado de la salud e higiene del hogar y del entorno.
Esta intervención es de prevención, de trabajo coordinado y compartido con todos los responsables, participantes, las Familias, las redes establecidas en la zona con las diferentes instituciones que abordan éstas problemáticas.
Tiene como finalidad brindarles a los niños/as oportunidades que les permitan ampliar sus conocimientos, cómo cuidamos nuestra salud incorporando hábitos saludables de alimentación, de higiene personal, autonomía e independencia, higiene del ambiente.
Los adultos responsables debemos fomentar actitudes de respeto, cuidado y amor hacia la naturaleza, responsabilidad sobre las consecuencias de nuestros actos, trabajando con las Familias como co-educadoras y garantes de los derechos de nuestros niños/as.
Realizaremos paseos y/o salidas didácticas a lugares de la comunidad donde podamos obtener información e incidir positivamente en el cuidado del Medio Ambiente.
Desde este enfoque abordaremos el derecho a vivir en un Ambiente saludable, derecho a la Salud, al Juego, a la Alimentación, a la Educación, a la Protección y a la Vivienda.

Fundamentación
¿Para qué enseñar Ciencias Naturales a los niños/as?
El aprendizaje de las Ciencias le da a los niños/as la posibilidad de crecer en su manera de pensar y facilita el desarrollo intelectual que está vinculado directamente con la naturaleza del pensamiento científico.
Enseñamos Ciencias Naturales para:
+Contribuir a desarrollar el pensamiento lógico
+ampliar o cambiar las representaciones sobre los fenómenos naturales, de manera que se facilite una aproximación mayor al conocimiento y se enriquezca la visión del mundo.
+Desarrollar progresivamente estructuras conceptuales más complejas que las que usan en la vida cotidiana.
+Aprender a usar procedimientos propios de la investigación científica.
+Aplicar estrategias cognitivas y técnicas para enfrentar situaciones problemas propias del quehacer científico.
¿Qué ocurre con la enseñanza de las Ciencias en el Nivel Inicial? ¿Se persiguen los mismos objetivos? ¿Se puede hablar de metodología científica?
Es necesaria una coherencia entre el Nivel Inicial y el escolar. Cambia la naturaleza de los problemas y la profundidad con la que se abordan.
En este nivel el Rol del docente es aún más determinante, será responsable de una adecuada propuesta que facilite en sus alumnos el “pensar”, oriente y ayude a comunicar.
¿Qué y cómo enseñamos?
El Programa de Educación Inicial y Primaria en su fundamentación establece que es imposible separar los contenidos procedimentales de los conceptuales y actitudinales. Sugiere el planteamiento de situaciones problemas. El aprendizaje es por aproximaciones sucesivas.
Los docentes debemos realizar recortes para ser trabajados con los niños, y tener en cuenta aspectos disciplinares: la esencia del concepto, la disciplina que lo define, las relaciones del concepto con otros de la misma disciplina y de otras disciplinas; y aspectos didácticos: el conocimiento previo de los alumnos, el contexto de aprendizaje (nivel, situaciones emergentes, etc.)
Las ideas previas son esquemas de conocimiento que tienen como fuente el conocimiento cotidiano y el conocimiento escolar. Estos esquemas son teorías infantiles individuales de gran coherencia para el niños/a y constituyen las llamadas concepciones previas o preconcepciones. En el ámbito escolar se busca que los niños logren cambiar una visión de la realidad que viene desde un saber cotidiano por una visión más científica. El conocimiento científico intenta explicar cómo y por qué ocurre.
Existen contenidos actitudinales que son transversales: responsabilidad, cooperación, respeto por los compañeros, etc. Otras actitudes son más específicas de las ciencias Naturales: curiosidad, respeto, flexibilidad, reflexión crítica, sensibilidad con respeto a los seres vivos y al medio ambiente.
Los contenidos procedimentales constituyen cursos de acción ordenados y orientados a la consecución de metas. Dichas acciones no son innatas, hay que enseñarlas para que puedan ser aprendidas.
“Lograr que los alumnos construyan en las aulas actitudes, procedimientos y conceptos que por sí mismos no lograrían elaborar en contextos cotidianos y que, siempre que esos conocimientos sean funcionales, pueden ser transferidos a nuevos contextos y situaciones.” Juan Ignacio Pozo
Por eso una manera de enseñar y de aprender investigando es a través de la resolución de problemas.
Es problema si no se puede resolver con la información que se dispone, y es necesario recurrir a la búsqueda de información, lo que provoca un desafío. Ambos aspectos hacen que el problema tenga sentido y puede ser vivido como tal.
El problema debe ser lo más contextualizado posible, vinculado con lo cotidiano, formando parte de temáticas más generales. El niño tiene que vivir el problema como propio, debe generar conflicto, debería dar lugar a diferentes estrategias para su resolución y provocar la motivación necesaria para involucrarse.
¿Quién lo formula, quién lo plantea? Pueden ser los niños/as o el docente.
En el contexto escolar, la didáctica de las ciencias hoy nos sugiere seguir el recorrido que pone en juego el pensamiento científico.
La observación es uno de los procedimientos utilizados en el proceso de recolección de información, de las técnicas más adecuadas en este nivel. El docente es quién define que se va a observar, reconociendo lo relevante, para qué, estimulando a descubrir semejanzas y diferencias, promoviendo que se preste atención a los detalles, usando los sentidos, promoviendo la reflexión para trascender de lo descriptivo hacia un modelo interpretativo explicativo de las ciencias.
Utilizar diversos tipos de registro de la información a través de diferentes fuentes: dibujos, tablas, cuadros de doble entrada, gráficos, esquemas, etc.
Por tratarse de niños pequeños los registros gráficos pueden ser dibujos que ayuden a recordar lo observado.
Es necesario ir organizando los datos para poder analizarlos, se puede utilizar cuadros simples o gráficos sencillos donde se ponga la nueva información a través de dibujo. Luego habrá que ayudar a establecer relaciones y comparaciones sencillas: semejanzas, diferencias, relaciones causales, etc.

Proyecto Institucional: “Crecer Jugando”
Problema
• ¿Cómo favorecer la adquisición de conductas de respeto por los demás y cooperación en niños y niñas de 3, 4 y 5 años que asisten al Centro?
Justificación
Diariamente en nuestro Centro observamos la falta de contención de las familias, puesta y reconocimiento de límites, cooperación y respeto por los demás, razones por las cuales se ve desmejorada la calidad de vida en general, lo que perjudica a los niños y niñas en su participación activa en las diferentes propuestas que dicho Centro le ofrece.
Los niños y niñas que concurren provienen de un sector de la población con grandes carencias sociales, económicas y culturales, de familias numerosas con dificultades para relacionarse.
Por otro lado, teniendo en cuenta la importancia de los espacios recreativos y la carencia de medios de esta comunidad para hacerlos efectivos, se plantea el presente proyecto de JUEGO, porque creemos que aún es posible con toda la comunidad educativa, revalorizar las situaciones lúdicas junto a los niños, niñas y sus familias, trabajando en un proceso con un objetivo a mediano plazo, para que la participación de los padres en el Centro de sus hijos sea un derecho y no una obligación.
Haciéndolos participar, involucrarse en el proyecto educativo de todas las formas creativas posibles, forjando la idea de que el tiempo que pasen jugando con sus hijos, ayudará a revertir las situaciones de violencia en espacios de interacción y comunicación, favoreciendo climas amenos donde prevalezca el juego.
Objetivo General
• Favorecer la adquisición de conductas de respeto y cooperación en el relacionamiento de niños y niñas de 3, 4 y 5 años que asisten al Centro.
Objetivos Específicos
• Realizar variadas experiencias de juego, mediante las cuales los niños y niñas de 3, 4 y 5 años puedan conocerse, cuidarse a sí mismos y a los demás.
• Generar encuentros de socialización y juegos con las familias y otras instituciones educativas.
• Implementar carpeta de recopilación de actividades lúdicas realizadas con los niños, niñas y las familias, que circule por los hogares.
• Organizar talleres con las familias que les permita revalorizar su importancia y objetivos.
Metas
• Que el 90% de los niños y niñas de 3, 4 y 5 años participen activamente de los juegos.
• Coordinar encuentros de juegos con las familias y otras instituciones.
• Crear carpeta de recopilación de juegos que visitará los hogares.
• Planificar talleres de juegos con las familias.
Encuadre de la intervención
El espacio físico donde se desarrollarán las actividades lúdicas será en salas, patio, canchita de futbol, plaza de deportes, otras instituciones. Sin olvidar que este debe ser limpio, seguro, iluminado y amplio. Con una frecuencia semanal en el caso de algunos juegos en las salas y patio, mensuales en el caso de visitas a plaza de deportes y encuentros con otras instituciones. La duración del proyecto es anual, con evaluaciones periódicas que nos permitirán replantearnos las actividades y si la metodología utilizada fue adecuada y nos permitirá cumplir nuestras metas. En el caso de las actividades la duración de las mismas estará adecuada a la edad de los niños pues nuestro proyecto abarca niños y niñas de 3, 4 y 5 años con características diferentes.

Obstáculos
Es importante coordinar con tiempo las visitas a Plaza de Deportes y Encuentros con otras Instituciones para que las actividades sean efectivas y se concreten y no crear expectativas falsas a los niños, niñas y familias ya que un obstáculo existente en la zona es la falta de espacios abiertos para realizar este tipo de actividades.
Fundamentación
El presente proyecto surge como consecuencia de la situación actual en cuanto a la puesta de límites, contención, respeto por el compañero, de los niños y niñas que asisten al Centro.
El mismo se llevará a cabo con diferentes propuestas de juego en el entendido que el mismo constituye según Alicia Fernández, la “primera experiencia de autoría del sujeto” que le posibilita llevar a cabo la experiencia de tomar la realidad del objeto y transformarla según sus límites.
Winnicott, imprime un vuelco en la concepción de juego al considerarlo una actividad en sí mismo, con función estructurante para la constitución psíquica.
Su riqueza amplía las posibilidades simbólicas y creativas del sujeto en constitución. El niño juega para expresar sentimientos, para controlar la ansiedad, para establecer contactos sociales o para integrar su personalidad.
Una parte importante de la dimensión humana es la lúdica, que implica una actitud frente a la vida y a lo cotidiano. Busca el disfrute y la distensión en actividades simbólicas e imaginarias como el juego y el arte. Es producto de la interacción con otros y se visualiza en muchas de las prácticas culturales. En el juego el niño/a se muestra tal cual es, se expresa y se comunica con toda autenticidad. Es además un factor básico en el desarrollo y en la construcción de la personalidad del niño. En él se ponen de manifiesto aspectos culturales, sociales e individuales dialécticamente relacionados.
Para Vygotsky el juego es una actividad social, en el cual gracias a la cooperación con otros niños, se logran adquirir papeles o roles que son complementarios al propio. También este autor se ocupa principalmente del juego simbólico que señala como el niño transforma algunos objetos y los convierte en su imaginación en otros que tienen para él un significado distinto. Señala que el juego está fuertemente condicionado por el medio social y cultural a diferencia de la corriente naturalista para la cual el juego es una actividad determinada por la naturaleza.
Así desde el puno de vista de la sociabilidad, mediante el juego entra en contacto con sus iguales, lo que lo ayudará a ir conociendo a otras personas que lo rodean, a aprender normas de comportamiento y a descubrirse a sí mismo en el marco de estos intercambios.
La Familia tiene un rol protagónico con el Centro ya que esto implica la existencia de canales mutuos de participación y colaboración mediante los cuales los agentes educativos interactúan.
Incluir a la familia requiere de un trabajo conjunto, de un acuerdo, que supone un protagonismo responsable que se oriente a la toma de decisiones compartidas entre los actores involucrados.
En este contexto la promoción en la participación y formación de los padres para fortalecer su rol y responsabilidad como educadores de sus hijos/as es crucial.

Conclusiones Finales
Como conclusión es importante que exista una intencionalidad educativa que atraviese todas las propuestas y momentos de la jornada. La organización de los tiempos, espacios y acciones debe realizarse tomando como referencia esta intencionalidad. En relación al papel del afecto, se señala que la tarea de atención a niños pequeños es muy demandante y requiere de un alto grado de equilibrio emocional. Además para poder contener al niño, el adulto debe poder a su vez recibir contención por parte de la institución, compañeros, clima de trabajo, etc.
Este trabajo despierta sentimientos muy fuertes e incluso contradictorios, que muchas veces no son fáciles de manejar para no perjudicar al niño, siendo importante contar con tiempos y espacios para la reflexión sobre lo que nos produce el encuentro con cada niño.
Entonces, es necesario poder involucrarse desde lo afectivo pero también es importante poder manejar una distancia óptima que nos permita acercarnos sin fusionarnos y no invadir al niño con nuestra emocionalidad.
Por ello es importante lo que plantea (Puiggrós, 1995): “En el momento actual es ineludible alargar la mirada, imaginar, proponer y asumir los riesgos del constante esfuerzo por reconstituirnos como sujetos del currículum, capaces de pensar y de arriesgar el intelecto y la práctica política y social en el esfuerzo y la obligación de soñar en un mundo mejor al cual, sin duda, tenemos derecho” (Alicia de Alba, 2004).
